I like to think of "The Graces" as positive mental rehearsal. They are simple to understand and simple to do.  Thoughts can either be positive or negative.  If you practice these "positive" graces for the
suggested 30 consecutive days, you will have changed your mind and in turn, changed your life.  "Change your mind, change your life" is a fairly well-known concept these days, but this book is different from the others because it actually gives you the "tools" you need to change your thinking.

At first, I thought that I wouldn't have time to do this daily routine, but I decided to tape "The Graces" and listen to them as I take my daily walk.I did this for 30 days straight without missing a day, and what I discovered at the end of the 30 days was that I had rid myself of thoughts of anger, resentment, hostility, worry, grievances and a host of other negative emotions and thoughts.  When I go for a period of time without practicing them, the old "ego" mind shows up and tries to take me back to my old way of thinking. I
immediately start practicing "The
Graces" and they bring me back to the inner peace I had achieved by practicing them.  Who knew you could have
complete control of your thoughts?

Most people believe that their thoughts are on default and they have no control
over them.   If you will just read this little book and follow "The Graces" you will
discover as I did that you absolutely can change your thoughts, and in turn change
your life.  I believe that if enough people change their way of thinking as
prescribed in this book, then we can change the world, one thought at a time, thereby saving humanity one thought at a time.    Janine Cisneros
